  1. The colour of the product we delivered is not the colour that customer has ordered (as what is stated in the invoice).
  2. The size of the product we delivered is not the size the customer has ordered (as what is stated in the invoice).
  3. The product is torn or damaged at the time of delivery after the customer has checked the product.
  
  Item tag must NOT be removed in order for any exchange to be done. We allow exchange within 3 days after receiving the item; invoice must be present in the event of exchange.
